India Mediates Between Russia and Ukraine for Peace

India is actively engaging with both Russia and Ukraine to help bring an end to the ongoing war, according to External Affairs Minister S. Jaishankar. Though India has no formal peace plan, it is facilitating dialogue between the two nations by sharing insights from its discussions. Both sides reportedly appreciate India’s efforts. Jaishankar also emphasized that India’s financial assistance to neighboring countries like Sri Lanka is unconditional, and not aimed at influencing their internal political dynamics.
