Indian External Affairs Minister S. Jaishankar will visit Colombo to meet Sri Lankan President Anura Kumara Dissanayake, focusing on Indian projects like the Trincomalee infrastructure program and assessing the new government’s stance on Chinese investments. The visit, part of India’s “Neighbourhood First” policy, aims to gauge future policies of the newly elected National People’s Power (NPP) government.
