China Launches New Crew to Tiangong Space Station
Jiuquan, China: China launched three astronauts—Cai Xuzhe, Song Lingdong, and Wang Haoze—to its Tiangong space station. The crew, replacing the prior team after six months, will perform experiments, spacewalks, and install debris-protection equipment. China’s expanding space program aims to compete with the U.S. and seeks to land astronauts on the moon by 2030.
